ABOUT: The GDMC, which has been in operation since 1977, is a non-profit organization that provides immigration, settlement, anti-racism / human rights, and multiculturalism services for the community of Guelph-Wellington. The Centre's programs and services are funded by the federal and provincial governments, and private contributors and fundraising initiatives. MANDATE: The GDMC is committed to enabling individuals to participate as active members of Canadian communities through the provision of services and programs designed to increase harmony and cultural interaction. The Centre is committed to promoting change to accommodate a population whose strength is its diversity. |
